In the game Baldur’s Gate 3, when players reach Act 3 and find themselves in the city of Baldur’s Gate, they might encounter a unique circus attraction.
Here, a character named Akabi, a Djinni, runs a game involving a prize wheel. The twist is that Akabi is not playing fair – he rigs the wheel to prevent players from winning the grand prize.
To outsmart Akabi, players should select a character from their party with high agility and then use that character to pickpocket Akabi in order to obtain a special ring. Once the ring is in the player’s possession, they should approach Akabi again to spin the wheel. It’s recommended to use the strongest and highest-level character during this time. After spinning the wheel with the ring in their possession, players will win the grand prize, much to Akabi’s dismay.
However, winning the prize leads to repercussions. Akabi, accusing the player of cheating, teleports the prize-winning character to a jungle filled with dangerous dinosaurs. Although challenging, this jungle adventure offers a few unique opportunities, including discovering valuable items. Players can find a rare item, the Band of the Mystic Scoundrel, by looting a skeleton at a traveler’s campsite, located at coordinates X: -1565, Y: -1520.
To return to the city, players must locate a blue portal at the edge of a cliff (coordinates X: -1515, Y: -1520). Near this portal is a chest containing a legendary weapon, the Nyrulna.
Upon re-entering the circus through the portal, Akabi will greet the players and inquire about their “vacation.” If players demand the prize won at the wheel, Akabi refuses, stating that the stolen ring is reward enough.
